I admire your focus on a healthy lifestyle.
Even though pork is an excellent protein and fat source (lard), pork meat and organs look very risky to me.
After reading scientific papers associated with pork meat and liver with diseases such as roundworm infection, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, hepatitis E, liver cancer, and cirrhosis, I stay away from pork meat.
For similar concerns, I also stopped eating chicken. However, it is possible to reduce these risks by choosing organic versions that I cannot access at this stage.
With your inspiration, I will write an article reflecting on my reviews and finding of pork meat and chicken.
