Hi d’Viggo. Thank you for this invaluable feedback. I fully agree with your points. The only problem though these videos are created and submitted by the individual writers. These are their first or second videos. They are total beginners.

Yes, the videos can be edited and standardized but we don’t have resources for this activity yet. Publications on Medium do not generate any income.

However, if you have experience and can write an article on how to improve YouTube videos giving advice to the writers, I can publish and feature it on our publication.
