For me, the most significant pattern was a constant stream of pessimistic thoughts and negative emotions that adversely affected my ability to focus, think creatively, be productive, and enjoy life. The key solution was to use pattern interruption with natural brain stimulation that helped me design my happiness and life satisfaction. For example, learning to stop rumination was an excellent achievement contributing to my life satisfaction.
