Even though I like the smell of coffee, my body cannot tolerate it anymore.
Ironically, after stopping coffee most of my gut issues disappeared. Perhaps we don’t need too much bacteria thriving in our gut. I am also on zero fiber life style which helped me get rid of all my terrible gut symptoms gratefully.
One may question the validity and relevancy of these studies in the right context for individuals. Some researchers are too quick to jump to half baked conclusions. This causes confusion for people.
