A very inspiring article!

It resonated with me because years ago, I joined the 100 push up fitness club in Melbourne. It took me around 3 months to achieve 100 push up goal. Since then, it has been the most convenient exercise for me especially while traveling. I even did push ups while waiting in the airports even though frowned upon by spectators.

Mixing push-up with pull-ups can take one’s fitness to another level.
